It’s Time We Unite to Restore Water & Empower Villages

I believe that we can bring life back to our lands if we act together. Green Miles is more than a project. it's a collective will to return dignity, water, and prosperity to our rural heartlands.

Board of Directors

Each board member contributes their domain expertise—from policy and innovation to field-level governance—to ensure accountability, impact, and community-driven execution.

Building Trust
With Villagers.

Green Miles Project (Phase I) will  aim to successfully demonstrate  reinstating the lakes,  ponds , wells and utilize the stored water for agriculture and other potential use.  Project is expected to create a ~20+ year net positive water impact for the villagers.  We propose to complete Phase I  in 2 years.  Upon realization of phase I outcomes , Phase II development initiatives for economic development will be triggered.

Famers take hands-on approach to re-development and  they will only resettle once they witness sustenance of water for long term advantage. Chiasm Dais Trust believes that  leaving the water crisis only to the Government and big institutions is not an answer here. Phase I project will have all approval from the Government in 120 days  and we will have all  the support from the Government to champion the project through trust, donors and family offices as  a a private initiative. Green Miles project has garnered community trust and whole hearted support of every villager in championing the water restoration.

Every obstacle, every calamity, every crisis contains in itself an opportunity for greater solidarity, empathy and understanding in the world. This water crisis definitely contains the seed of a new future, we have to water it and take care of it. We have decided to go forward with strength and faith that together we can make a better world.

Climate Change has long been tossing in different directions and gauging Energy, Environment and Man.

When the thought of Water is uppermost in mind, nothing much registers till quenched. Filling a lake of 150 acres is not easy when the terrain suffers drought yearly. In rural areas, wells come in handy in every household, which becomes possible only if the lakes remain filled; pray for monsoons to set in sufficiently without breaking the bunds and destroying food crops. Piped water for consumption may be distant as poverty needs eradication and will become a reality when the prodigal sons and daughters of the village return. The Blue Gold simmer in the sunrise, and as dusk settles, the Retentivity of Man Power and Water becomes a reality.

The Project being longitudinal and developing in phases helps Change Management and Supply Chain Mechanisms. Around the lake, wells erupt at broader and more profound depths for irrigating. The growth of luscious green plantations and the Agro culture of adaptive plantations. Electricity via Solar Power. Adaptive homes use natural resources for electricity. Basic medical facilities and expansion of medical and surgical facilities are within reach of the “Green Miles Project“.

Foundation for Digital University and Knowledge Mobilisation, Sustainable Energy Housing, Chiasm Dais School Intense for Sports and beyond school extracurricular activities (Arts & Dance – Bharatanatyam), philanthropy and carved ancient scripts on rocks for people interested in anthropology and culture are projects extended vision
